About the Role
Security Brigade is hiring a Sales Account Executive to expand our customer base across enterprise, SME, and PSU segments. You will own a quota tied to new-logo acquisition and expansion across our cybersecurity service portfolio — VAPT, red team, ShadowMap (our attack surface platform), compliance audits (RBI, SEBI, IRDAI, CERT-In, ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, HIPAA, GDPR, DPDP), and our Tier 1 specialised audits. You will work hand-in-glove with our pre-sales and delivery teams, and you will be expected to bring a credible point of view on cybersecurity buying patterns to every customer conversation.
What You'll Do
- ▸ Acquire new accounts and build a robust qualified pipeline aligned to quota
- ▸ Develop and maintain trusted partnerships with internal teams and external channel partners
- ▸ Forecast and deliver against monthly and quarterly business targets across cybersecurity service lines
- ▸ Run account planning, business strategy, and territory execution
- ▸ Manage customer relationships across the lifecycle — discovery to close to expansion — with structured account mapping
- ▸ Effectively use sales and pre-sales support resources to maximise customer impact
- ▸ Build executive-quality presentations, proposals, and pitch decks
- ▸ Maintain working knowledge of the cybersecurity market — trends, regulator-driven demand, competitor positioning, pricing — and bring that perspective to every customer conversation
What We're Looking For
- ✓ 3+ years of B2B sales experience in cybersecurity services, IT services, or closely-related categories
- ✓ Proven track record meeting / exceeding quota in direct, enterprise, or inside sales roles
- ✓ Familiarity with selling structured services — VAPT, audits, red team, compliance, cloud, SaaS
- ✓ Comfortable handling enterprise procurement processes and the technical commercial conversation
- ✓ Excellent verbal and written communication — including the ability to present credibly at executive level and at industry events
- ✓ Self-starter — capable of building pipeline without inbound dependency
