Project Manager — Cybersecurity Services

About the Role

What You'll Do

• ▸ Discuss client needs and recommend the right scope, timelines, and resourcing for engagements aligned with cybersecurity best practice.
• ▸ Define project scope and objectives in collaboration with technical leads and the sales team; confirm technical feasibility before commitment.
• ▸ Drive on-time, in-scope delivery across the engagement portfolio with appropriate verification techniques and structured reporting.
• ▸ Coordinate across testing, reporting, compliance, and customer-success teams for clean, repeatable execution.
• ▸ Develop and maintain a detailed delivery plan with progress tracking, status escalations, and risk management.
• ▸ Manage the customer relationship across the engagement lifecycle — kickoff to closure to follow-up — and flag commercial or scope issues early.
• ▸ Draft and review project documentation (SoWs, project plans, status reports, closure summaries) to a professional standard.
• ▸ Support the sales team in pre-sales activities including scoping, proposal review, and customer presentations when required.

What We're Looking For

• ✓ 3–6 years of project management experience in cybersecurity services, IT services, or a closely-related professional services environment.
• ✓ Demonstrated ownership of client-facing engagements end-to-end — scoping, scheduling, status reporting, escalation, and closure.
• ✓ Excellent written and spoken English; comfortable interacting with CISO / CTO / Compliance leadership at enterprise customers.
• ✓ Strong organisational skills and the ability to run multiple concurrent engagements without missing deadlines or quality bars.
• ✓ Working knowledge of cybersecurity service categories (VAPT, audit, red team, compliance) — you do not need to be a hands-on tester, but you must speak the language credibly with clients.
• ✓ Proficient with project tracking tools, Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, and structured documentation.
